Former BB Naija star from the Double Wahala season and Tinsel actor, Patrick Fakoya, popularly known as Rico Swavey has passed on following complications he suffered from a ghastly accident.

The reality tv star had been involved in a ghastly motor accident and had undergone surgery after fellow BB Naija stars and celebrities had launched a fundraiser to foot his medical bills.

Following his death, friend and fellow Double Wahala season housemate, Tobi Bakre as well as BB Naija host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, have taken to their social media to express grief over his passing and also as a form of tribute. Bakre who had posted a photo of the two of them while on the Big Brother Naija show said; “This is how I will always remember us brother. Forever ❤️ #RipSwavey.” To Obi-Uchendu’s tweet of photos of moments they’d shared, the media personality said; “The actual warmest human being. This is truly heartbreaking… Rest in Peace Rico 🙏🏾 🕊

The reality tv star had gone into the house to create awareness for autism, which is a condition his little cousin lives with and had been pursuing his passion for music prior to his death.
