Zion - "Chinwe isn’t my type, but her care wins me over"

Big Brother Naija’s ‘No Loose Guard’ contestant, Zion,  has stated that his current girlfriend and co-contestant, Chinwe, 30, isn’t his ideal woman.

Despite this, he appreciates her for the benefits he gains from their relationship.

In a conversation with fellow housemate Fairme on Thursday, Zion shared that even though Chinwe doesn’t match his usual type, she treats him better than his previous partners.

He described Chinwe as a mature individual who takes care of her siblings following her mother’s death and her father’s remarriage.

Zion explained, “Chinwe is a mature lady, the firstborn who looks after her siblings. Although she’s not my typical type, she treats me better than my usual specs. She’s very prayerful and supportive, even sending me prayer points.”

He also mentioned that Chinwe cooks generously when he visits her home, often preparing large meals to encourage him to stay the night, which he usually avoids.

Zion noted, “She goes out of her way to make me comfortable, and her overall vibe is homely, even if she’s not exactly my usual type.”

Fairme responded, “That’s why it’s important to remember that it’s not just about looks—character and how you treat someone matter a lot.”

Zion agreed, adding, “How you treat a man matters.”

The conversation touched on generational differences, with Fairme noting that millennials are often more experienced in these matters, while Zion acknowledged having experience with both sensible and less sensible Gen Z individuals.

Chinwe had previously disclosed that she financially supported Zion’s participation in the show.
