The Super Eagles are set to face the Cheetahs of Benin Republic in a 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualification match next Thursday at the Felix Houphouet-Boigny Stadium in Abidjan.The team is scheduled to begin their training camp in Abidjan on Monday in preparation for the game.On November 14, Nigeria will host the Amavubi of Rwanda at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.
Currently, Nigeria leads Group D with 10 points from four matches, holding a four-point advantage over second-placed Benin Republic.A draw against Benin Republic would be enough for the Super Eagles to secure qualification for AFCON 2025.
