You may recall that the newly elected president of Nigeria took a vacation in Paris just a few weeks after taking office. Mr. Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s Presidential candidate, and Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) Presidential candidate, both lost to Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
