In a statement issued on Wednesday, December 18, Bwala highlighted the introduction of the Crime Experience and Security Perception Survey (CESPS) by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) as a key initiative of Tinubu’s administration. The survey aims to provide a data-driven approach to addressing crime and governance issues in Nigeria.

Bwala described the CESPS as a groundbreaking tool for offering detailed insights into crime across the six geopolitical zones, moving away from assumptions to evidence-based policymaking.
