The event, which also marked Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo’s 50th birthday, attracted a range of political, religious, and legal dignitaries. Among the attendees were former Secretary to the Government of the Federation Anyim Pius Anyim, former Minister of State for Petroleum Ibe Kachikwu, and Chairman of Stanel Group Stanley Ifeanyi Uzochukwu. Religious leaders such as Pastor Mary Abioye, Archbishop JohnPraise Daniel, and Pastor Bolaji Idowu also graced the occasion.

During the celebration, Obasanjo shared light-hearted moments, referring to Anyim Pius Anyim as his “boss” due to his influential role as Senate President during Obasanjo’s tenure. Obasanjo humorously suggested that every Nigerian marriage reaching 25 years should renew their vows and purpose, a tradition he believes should be embraced nationwide.
