“Today at Urugwiro Village, President Kagame received Prof. Kingsley Chiedu Moghalu, President of the African School of Governance (ASG). Launched in October 2024, the school, located in Kigali, will offer world-class graduate programs in policy, research, governance, leadership, and management, aimed at developing future leaders on the African continent”.
However, Kingsley Moghalu has now reacted after the post surfaced online. In a post that he shared on his official page, he said it was an honour to have had an audience with Paul Kagame.

“It was an honour to have had an audience with Rwandan President Paul Kagame this afternoon. I deeply appreciate his vision and support for the African School of Governance (ASG) and his commitment to Africa’s progress and transformation”.
