Mbappe was rumored to be headed to Real Madrid as a free agent last summer before deciding to stay. Even though he made a two-year commitment to PSG, there is a possibility he will leave during this transfer window. And Real Madrid will be ready with 200 million euros when the chance presents itself.
According to the French newspaper L’Equipe, the 24-year-old must agree to a new contract with the Ligue 1 champions or they would consider selling him. Karim Benzema’s signing with Al-Ittihad of the Saudi Pro League means that Madrid will be without a striker for the 2022–23 campaign.
Additionally, there are speculations that head coach Carlo Ancelotti is seriously concerned about the situation.
