Sound Sultan's posthumous project drops "Reality CHQ"

Reality CHQ, the last project of Nigerian singer and songwriter, Olanrewaju Fasasi, aka Sound Sultan, has been released.

This comes a year after the legendary “Mathematics” crooner died of lymphoma.

The project, which was a creative collaboration with award-winning producer ID Cabasa, was near completion before the untimely death of the singer.

According to Now Muzik, who took over management of Sultan’s estate, the late singer’s 9th studio album has six tracks.

Speaking, Sound Sultan’s brother, Baba Dee, said; “Sultan’s legacy continues and we appreciate the opportunity to further the work he did while he was here with us.”

“Not just in making the fans happy, but also in impacting positively on young Nigerians and the creative community, from music to film and sports”.

“We are having the one-year remembrance of Sound Sultan, the great and iconic Nigerian singer, and we are having his official listening party for the album, Reality CHQ.

“This was the album Sound Sultan was working on before he answered the call of the Almighty. This is a very special project.

“I promised myself this project will come out and people will get to hear the voice of Sound Sultan and it’s coming out on the 11th of July” he answered.
