A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Bode George, has finally reacted to the question of the real identity of Labour Party’s Lagos state gubernatorial candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour.

Chief Bode George said, “if Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour’s mother is Igbo, is it not the father’s home that matters in Yoruba land?” He added, “this is not our first time of marrying Igbo women as wives. If we want to talk about tribe, where is the wife of Governor Akeredolu of Ondo state from?”…..Continue Reading 

Speaking further, Chief Bode George said, “the mother of Governor Adeleke of osun state also has a mother that is igbo. As a matter of fact, he can speak the Igbo language. Apart from him, we also need to make findings about where the mother of Seyi Tinubu hails from.”

Lastly, Chief Bode George said, “any comment regarding the tribe of Gbadebo is just a mere talk. What matters is if the people want the current government in Lagos state or not. That is why I am imploring Lagosians to step out on that day and vote whoever they like.”
