Pastor Joshua Says God Approved Tinubu’s Victory, Urges Nigerians to Support Him

He shared that, in his belief, God had approved the victory of the incumbent President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, despite facing strong opposition from other candidates such as Peter Obi of the Labor Party, Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, and Rabiu Musa Kwakwanso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party.

He expressed his opinion that Christians may benefit from focusing more on God Himself rather than solely on men of God. He expressed his belief that Tinubu’s victory was a significant event that demonstrated to Christian faithfuls, including their clerics, that they are human beings and not divine beings.

The individual expressed their belief that certain prophecies made by Christian clerics did not come to fruition during the 2023 election, which may have caused disappointment among some. They also mentioned that they saw validation for Tinubu’s victory in a biblical verse, Hebrew 12:2.

He expressed a differing opinion regarding the accuracy of the prophecies made by certain pastors about the 2023 elections. As per his perspective, it is believed that the Church in Africa should focus their faith towards the Creator of these spiritual leaders rather than the leaders themselves.

According to him, “After the election, many pastors were not happy. This 2023 election, God used it to show you that men are men. This was the only reason why their prophecies against Tinubu failed. Hebrews 12: 2 validates his victory. Don’ t look at men!”

“However, this does not mean that they are fake. I have made my own mistakes. Yes, I did. So God wanted the Church in Africa to remove their eyes from men of God to the One who made the clerics. When you set a man as your standard, you will make the man to make mistakes.”

The Hebrew 12: 2 reads: “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame and he is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Continue Full Reading>>>
