INEC has taken to its official Facebook page to share pictures of the decorated collation center in Abuja. INEC Announced the suspension of the Election in Enugu East Sensational district.
INEC Said:
“At the 2nd briefing on INEC’s preparedness for the 2023 polls held at the International Conference Centre (ICC), Abuja on 24th Feb, Hon Chairman, Prof Mahmood Yakubu said:
Voting begins at 8.30 am and ends at 2.30 pm. All voters in the queue before 2 pm can vote On his part, IGP Usman Baba pledges adequate security nationwide.
INEC suspends election in Enugu East Senatorial District, made up of 6 LGAs and 1630 PUs, following the death of the Labour Party’s Candidate. The election will now hold on 11th March 2023″
