However, this season is considered as Haaland’s best season in his football career, but it is still not as good as Messi’s best season. Let’s take a look at Haaland and Messi’s Best season Statistics across all Competitions.

In 2022/23 season, Haaland had his best season, scoring 52 goals and providing nine assists in 53 games for Manchester city. This means that he made an incredible 61 goal contributions for the team.

However, Messi’s best season took place in the 2011/12 season. The Argentine forward scored 73 goals and provided 32 assists in 60 games. This means that he made 105 goal contributions for Barcelona in the season.

However, it’s obvious that Haaland still have a long way to reach Messi’s level. He is just 22 years old and there is a room for improvement in the upcoming years.
