Viral video showing the moment a man suddenly went insane in the middle of traffic has caused a stir online. 

He sub-consciously stripped himself of the clothes he wore, leaving only his inner vest and boxers, and started barking like a dog.

People who were in the same vehicle with him appeared confused as they tried to get him to calm down and begged bystanders to help restrain him.
