Victor Umeh has been endorsed by the Court of Attraction in Awka because the Labour Party’s (LP) candidate for the Anambra Central District within the Anambra State.

In response to the court’s ruling, the fits and criticism filed in opposition to Mr. Umeh on the Federal Excessive Court in Awka have been banned by statute as a result of they lacked locus standing.

The 2 appeals by the LP and Mr. Umeh have been allowed to face by Decide Olubunmi Oyewole, who delivered the ruling via Zoom.
